Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Inkome. They cover what you can expect from the service, what we expect from you, and how billing works. We have written them in plain language because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

Who we are

Inkome is an AI-native revenue operations platform operated by Ozan Gencer. When these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Inkome”, that is who we mean. “You” means the person using the service and, where you use it on behalf of a company, that company too.

By creating an account or using Inkome, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Acceptable use

Use Inkome for running your business. Do not:

Security research is welcome, but tell us first at hello@inkome.app and give us a reasonable chance to fix what you find.

Plans and what they include

Inkome has a Free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes — AI messages per day, deep tasks, deals, collections, spaces, team members, automations — is listed on our pricing section and inside the app under Settings → Billing. Those limits are enforced by the software, and we may adjust what a plan includes over time; if a change reduces what you already pay for, we will tell you before it applies to you.

Billing and payments

Payments run through Polar. Polar Software Inc. acts as the merchant of record for Inkome subscriptions. That means Polar is the seller on record, handles payment processing, and collects and remits VAT and sales tax where it is due. Your card details are handled by Polar; we never see or store them. Polar's own terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for time already paid for, including partial months after a cancellation or downgrade. What you get instead is that access continues to the end of every period you have paid for, and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal. If something on our side went wrong — you were billed twice, or charged after cancelling — write to us and we will put it right.

Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that these terms cannot take away, those rights still apply.

The AI assistants

Inkome includes AI agents that answer questions, build projections, and analyse the data in your account. Two things you should know:

To answer your questions, the assistants send relevant parts of your data to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and may search the web. Do not put anything into the chat that you are not willing to have processed that way.

Your data

The business data you put into Inkome — your deals, collections, costs, employees, notes, and the rest — stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can export your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. When an organization drops to the Free plan, we do not delete anything you already created: your records stay and remain readable, but Free plan limits apply from then on, so some things — adding beyond a limit, or running more automations than the plan allows — stop until you upgrade again. Automations above the new plan's limit are paused automatically.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Inkome up and fast, but we do not promise a specific uptime, and the service is provided as it is. We may add, change, or remove features, and occasionally take the service down for maintenance. Inkome is an early-stage product under active development; expect it to keep changing.

Some features connect to third-party services at your request — for example importing revenue data from Stripe or Shopify. Those connections depend on the third party and on your own account with them, and we are not responsible for their availability or their terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Inkome at any time: cancel the subscription, or ask us to delete the account entirely.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or whose payments go unresolved. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted.

Liability

Inkome is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Inkome in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify active users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Inkome after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye. Before going to court, please write to us — most things are faster to settle by email.
