Billing & plans
Inkome has a free tier you can run a small business on, and paid tiers that unlock the full AI operations team, more spaces and seats, and automations. The Billing tab shows where you stand — your plan, what you’ve used, and what an upgrade would add.

The three plans
| Free | Maker | Founders | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 forever | $19/mo | $79/mo |
| AI messages / day | 10 | 50 | 200 |
| Deep tasks / month | 0 | 5 | 30 |
| AI agents | 1 (Assistant) | 5 | 7 |
| Spaces | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Team members | 1 | 5 | 10 |
| Deals | 50 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Collections | 200 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Employees | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Automations | 0 | 10 | 15 |
| Workflows | — | — | Yes |
What each plan unlocks
- Free — one person, one space, the Inkome Assistant agent, and 10 AI messages a day. Deals and collections are capped, and there are no automations or deep tasks. It’s enough to track a single small revenue stream.
- Maker — the jump most teams make. You get all five core agents (CFO, Analyst, Sales Director, Accountant, plus the Assistant), 50 messages a day, deep tasks, up to 5 spaces and 5 seats, unlimited deals/collections/employees, and 10 automations.
- Founders — the full set. Two extra agents (Scale Up and Marketing) on top of the five, 200 messages a day, 30 deep tasks, unlimited spaces, more seats, the most automations, and multi-step workflows.
A note on the limits
- AI messages are a daily allowance; they reset each day. Deep tasks are a monthly allowance for longer multi-step analyses. See Credits & limits for how agents spend against these.
- Agents are gated by tier — the CFO, Analyst, Sales Director, and Accountant need Maker or above; Scale Up and Marketing need Founders. See Meet the agents.
- Resource caps (spaces, seats, deals, collections, employees) block new records once reached; Inkome prompts you to upgrade rather than failing silently.
Tracking your usage
The Billing tab shows usage bars for AI messages (today), deep tasks (this month), spaces, team members, and automations. As a bar fills:
- At 80% it warns you you’re approaching the limit.
- At 100% it shows the limit is reached, and adding more requires an upgrade.
Upgrading
The current-plan card and the comparison below it have Upgrade Plan buttons that take you to checkout. Founders is the top plan, so it shows Active Plan with no upgrade prompt. Billing is an organization-level setting, and only an owner can manage it.
If you’re already on Founders and need more — more seats in particular — reach out to the team rather than upgrading further.
