What Inkome offers today, in one place. This guide documents version 3.0.0 — the release that brought the multi-agent AI assistant, the onboarding wizard, and business-type-aware spaces together. Inkome is in closed beta, so some features are still rolling out to accounts and plans.
Version 3.0.0 — current
The “AI Chatbot V3 + Onboarding + Business Types” release. At a glance, here’s what the product does today.
AI assistant (multi-agent)
- An operations team of AI agents rather than one chatbot: Inkome Assistant, CFO, Analyst, Sales Director, Accountant, plus Scale Up and Marketing on the top plan.
- Direct @mentions, automatic routing by topic, and agent-to-agent delegation so the right specialist always answers.
- Slot filling for multi-turn requests (create a deal, record a cost) with a confirmation step before anything changes.
- Web search for questions that reach beyond your own data.
- Credits and daily limits keep usage fair; AI-written reports run as separate monthly “deep tasks”.
Spaces & business types
- Spaces isolate each revenue stream, with its own data and its own business type.
- Four business types — Services & Projects, E-commerce & Retail, Digital Products, Subscriptions & SaaS — each reshaping labels, forms, default stages, and dashboard widgets (dynamic terminology; full terminology matrix).
- Industry presets (Consulting, Agency, Construction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Freelance, Content Creator, Manufacturing) auto-generate tailored stages, units, and cost types.
Onboarding
- A multi-step onboarding wizard — pick a business type, optionally an industry, preview the generated setup, then create the space pre-populated.
The triangle: Revenue, Cash, Costs
- Deals & pipeline with stages (categorized active / won / at risk / lost / inactive) and units.
- Collections with Paid / Pending / Overdue statuses, collection plans (planned revenue), and full multi-currency support (TRY, USD, EUR) with date-aware conversion.
- Cost management: costs with periods and frequencies, payment history and bulk payments, and allocation to deals for true per-deal profitability.
- Notes & follow-ups: an append-only journal on deals, costs, and employees, with optional follow-up dates, list indicators, and a cross-record Notes page (Timeline / Follow-ups). The AI assistant can read notes, build a follow-up agenda, and add notes.
Dashboard & reports
- A dashboard that brings the triangle onto one screen, with widgets that adapt to the business type, plus currency / stage / unit controls.
- Reports, export to Excel / CSV, and saved filter groups.
Team & organization
- Multiple organizations per user, role-based access (owner / admin / member), and team invitations.
- Email/password sign-in plus Google and GitHub OAuth. See Sign up & authentication.
Settings & integrations
- Currency, custom labels, light/dark theme, integrations (Stripe, Shopify, iyzico), and billing & plans (Free, Maker, Founders Edition).
